    im not even talking about enhancing, you can just buy everything but you know what i mean.

    lliterally everything in bdo is rng and sometimes it really drives me crazy

    - gathering rng, fishing rng, even bartering rng, every life skill out there is rng. im not even gonna count all life skills that rng involved, cuz its pretty much all of it

    - mount itself rng, mount breeding rng, mount skill rng, mount awaken rng, even if you get to awaken your horse, what horse you get is also rng lmao

    - even some quests are rng. fuk you valencia quests

    - stats gained per level, horse level stat gained per level, sailors stat gained per level, also rng. prob any stat earnt for anything in this game per level is rng.

    - pvp is rng, cc is rng, resistances are rng, even fukin grabs are rng

    - enhancing, ok im not even gonna get into this

    - wanna grind? like, the drop you need is already rng, and its ok, but guess what, why not more fun? let's add more mechanic where the "boss-elite mob" whatever you name it ALSO spawn according to rng (fuck you ulutuka) and then you have another rng for that specific boss' loot, which the boss itself is again rng. or idk, grinding aakman,hysteria, elvia spots? cool, cuz all of them rng lmao. the event thingy(aakman-hysteria alarm thingy), the elvia weapons, there is always some sort of another rng element involved. its all rngception!

    - even damn marketplace is rng, an item have too much demand? good luck praying rngesus for getting the item from max buy order

    - oh yea, crystals are also rng right. try to get jins

    - fairy is rng, and a big fat one

    - EVEN DYING IS RNG for fuk sake. you lose your crystals or not

    its like that superman vs batman phrase `rng, you dont let me live, you dont let me die`

    basically dev just throw rng mechanics to every aspect of the game, wherever they find. like `oh we need some mechanic here. ok rng it is`

    if rng was a mystical existence, bdo totally would be its sacred home where it can demand sacrifices for blessing lol

    Should infinite pots have a pity system?

    I'm sure as everyone knows (except for you few rng carried) grinding infinite pots is painful. Each piece can easily take 100+ hours and motivation to grind or even keep playing the game from this drops to basically none. With this painful experience for a rather very useful item being so tedious and difficult the question remains, should it stay this way or get a pity system?

    the pity system itself could range from something similar to 100 leaves equaling a orzeca lung or to maybe a kill quest that has you kill a certain amount of enemies such as a hundred thousand of the mobs that normally drop the piece and that turn in= the piece. I personally believe that it should have a system similar to the orzeca outfit, with a drop rate of anywhere 1 an hour to even a distortions drop rate. Ideally, the average drop rate would be somewhere around 100 hours per piece so 300 hours in total. Yes, 300 hours is a long time but most people get the pot in less time than this, but in the case of RNG deciding to hate you the safety net is there to keep you pushing 150-200 hours for just one piece. This also has the added bonus of actually seeing your progression for the pot, even if its been 80 hours and no piece you should be roughly around 80 leaf equivalents and you know that if you push awhile longer the piece is guaranteed.

    After asking around on this topic with people the couple arguments I heard were as follows: "making a pity system takes value from the item and its not as 'special' or 'a treasure'", "having a pity system now would be a huge slap in the face for people how had to grind it before a system was in place", and lastly one which justifies how the orzeca outfit has a pity system but the pot doesn't " PA wants to make the outfit more accessible since the grind places are higher ap and the pot pieces are accessible at lower ap".

    For the first argument, I dont see how having to grind 300 hours makes it any less special? I personally don't envy a single person who would have to pity all 3 pieces just for a single pot and realistically most people would get it before that anyway normally but this prevents those couple of unfortunate souls who are unable to get the drop before 100 hours.

    For the second argument I mean yeah it is a slight slap in the face but in the end they got the pot, I think anyone who had to grind 100+ hours would understand that its kinda ridiculous for an item that is extremely valuable (for people who struggle with weight almost necessary) to be kept behind a crazy time sink and rng barrier.

    Lastly for the third argument, while yes the grind spots are higher ap then all the pot pieces the money made there is considerably higher. Thornwood which is the lowest ap of the spots still makes great money, and even turos which can be a pain drops embers and capras making it worth grinding there and still makes decent silver along with turo belt drops. Orzeca even has higher ap and dp spots that drop leafs more frequently than the places listed prior making the grind while difficult much quicker than it would be normally, which the pot pieces dont have either the pity system or higher ap areas with higher rates of the pieces. Keep in mind that the orzeca outfit is just that an outfit, and yes it looks damn good but other than that has no functionality whereas the infinite pots are arguably the most important treasure items with maybe the exception of the merchant ring.

    If you read all way to end what do you think? should the Infinite pots get a pity system? or should use rng depraved suffer for eternity? if you like the idea please upvote so more people can see this and maybe enough of us can spam in twitch chat during heidal ball at the Q&A section and we can see if PA would ever consider this idea.

    Questions - tamer or switch

    Hey guys so first, I started playing this game like a year ago. I played witch up to level 58 then just kind of stopped playing. Now coming back, which I always had a heart for this game as I feel so immersed into the bdo world and love the general aspects and everything to do with this game, I picked tamer. Originally I thought she had a katana. But now learning she is supposably a hard character to get the hang of. I'm currently level 56 with the help of some guild mates, but I'm about to achieve all my Narch gear from the main quest from my tamer character. I'm not going to open the weapon box to see if I should use it on another character. Personally I feel like I'm having such a hard time using tamer compared to witch, I was mostly looking to be a freakin katana wielding badass with some sick ass abilities, what do you guys recommend? Do I switch off of tamer and use a diff class, and restart, if so which do you recommend, also one that's not too hard to learn as well. Thank you.

    P.S. : Keep in mind I'm still very new and learning the game, so not really into pvp as much right now until I learn more about the game,

    **HELP PLEASE** JavaScript Alert - "Your access has been denied."

    New [PC - Steam] player, is there any way currently to get the Welsh Corgi?

I have previously played the PS4 version of BDO, which had the corgi listed as an available pet to purchase, but I have searched high and low since recently migrating to the PC version and there doesn't seem to be any way to buy it. Is there a way to get it at all currently? And if not, how often does it come back in rotation in the pearl shop?

    Hello everyone redditors! I'm trying to reach high energy points and I came across a big enigma that is Pedro Jack's Treasure, which you can find in the codex's knowledge under Adventure Journal > Calpheon Journal. I've done some research but I can't find any clue on how to get that point other than an old image showing some fishermen at Velia with an item called "Bottle with a Note" but I think that's an image from a not official server...

    I just bought and downloaded the game, but every time i load it up i adjust the brightness, borders, and agree to the terms and all that, but it just brings me back to the first title screen after i click start.

    How to buy the pegasus dream horse right now

    Does copied gear on a tagged character also change with the original?

    So if i make a tet dande pen on the main character does it also change from tet to pen on the copied char? And is it the same with caphras levels?

    Answer: the emhancement and caphras levels changes, the crystals and dyes are separate.
