| i am really tired of not being able to do meaningful pvp in this game Posted: 27 Jul 2021 08:03 PM PDT for context, i am 287 ap and 360 dp. i seriously cant pvp in this game meaningfully and i am really tired of it. playing nova, wiz, sage. ofc i do well in lot of cases, i am not saying i am getting demolished, but that still doesnt change the fact that how pvp is problematic. this post also entirely criticize my self about the classes i play because they are not fair at all. it is extremely toxic for both cases when i kill someone or die. i dont wanna be able to iframe into 2 front guards skills with my sage to one shot an entire group and also not want to die to someone who iframed into auto aim grab me from 3 screen away into nonstop cc chain combo to death. everything is one shot fest and you are expected to react literally to everything in miliseconds in order to actually do something. group pvp is an entire chaos with basically spamming range attacks and thats all. in the beginning, people used to walk around with pri accesories and +15 green items and whatnot so the power creep was not like this, but now the system of the game just cant handle it any more. for people who will say `git gut`, no, i dont want to. i want to be medicore and be done with it. i want it to be enjoyable and reachable to generally everyone and skill matter more. i shouldnt be have to be in top %2 bracket or something in order to have good pvp experience. i should be able to do meaningful pvp instead of oneshotting people for literally doing nothing or getting oneshot for some reason that i dont even understand. reacting in 0.1 seconds in perfect time to avoid grabs shouldnt be the only win condition. hope we can have more skill based pvp instead of the win condition being `whoever lands cc first so that they can one combo the enemy` [link] [comments] | ||

| Posted: 27 Jul 2021 04:57 PM PDT Hello everyone, i've always played BDO without any issue, always high fps rates even in remastered, but since the second patch after Corsair release im having serious troubles, i play normally for 30 min - 1 hour and then the fps rate just drops to 15/18 and it doesnt recover anymore, even if im alone without anything around me it just stays at 15 (even in optimized settings). It would be great if anyone who faced the same problem could help me out with this. | How do I deactivate the Secret of the Old Moon Buff? Posted: 27 Jul 2021 03:57 PM PDT Edit - Problem solved with the Especially Adorable Elephant Quest. If you have the Villa Scroll and talk to Serazade, but you still don't have the option for a "Quest" called Especially Adorable Elephant, DON'T waste your time to "Chat" about the Miniature Elephant Quest. That's not it (and I have no idea what that's about for now). What's weird about this is you have to press O in your keyboard to bring up the quests. At the bottom of the quest window, there's a Quest Type. Click on the icon with the 5 squares to enable all quests. After pressing that, talk to Serazade again and you'll see a "Quest" appear that wasn't there before. That was what I didn't understand. [link] [comments] | ||

| Can we finally get class X and Y nerfed? Posted: 27 Jul 2021 12:36 PM PDT I am sick and tired of seeing class X and Y, they have been so god damn broken for ages now. I mean is Pearl Abyss really even trying at this point? X and Y classes do so much damage, they literally one shot anything in the game. X and Y are probably the most protected classes in the entire game, there is no discussion about this. Moreover, X and Y classes have insane amount of utility especially when keeping in mind skills like Z. I hope PA nerfs class X and Y, because they are broken. Anyone who disagrees with me or with the statements above, their opinion is below mine from a moral viewpoint, because the rest of the community that does not play classes X and Y believes so. If you play class X and Y shame on you. I personally don't really know what class X and Y does, or how it works, but I always lose PVP to class X and Y and when that happens I usually go to check my oven to see if my pizza is ready, because its impossible to survive a combo from class X and Y. Despite that, I think they should nerf the damage, combos, range, protections, crowd control, utility and movement of class X and Y, because I lose to them in every combat scenario, and said classes have been oppressive for far too long.
