The price of resupplying at wharf is too damn high!

    Posted: 08 Nov 2019 06:59 AM PST

Resupplying the new ships with cannonball and rations is way too costly. On average after killing a candium, nineshark, and a black rust for the eye daily for Carrack mats, I would receive on average 150 neidan( 1.5m silver). However after such run, it costs 3 mil on average to resupply my galleass. You actually lose double what you make from sea monster hunting right now.(not counting guild pay as most smh guild are dead). Idk what PA was smoking when they decided how much cannonball resupply would cost but it's just too damn high.

A most reasonable cost to resupply would be 1/4 to 1/10 of the current price. That way you can atleast make a tiny bit of silver smh for those who enjoy it.

    Ninja/Valk/Tamer Class Help

    Posted: 08 Nov 2019 08:33 PM PST

Hi all. This isn't a post asking the usual "which class is the best". I'm curious as to people's opinions on the 3 classes and what people experience has been with them. I've been playing causally for many months now. I'm sitting at 216 AP on my Striker, but I am looking to roll off of him. He feels a bit clunky and not what I would like to pour my long term effort into. I have been messing with trial classes ( I also have leveled all 3 to at minimum 56 ) and really think that Ninja, Valk, and Tamer are very fun and interesting classes. I participate in everything the game has to offer. Grinding is very fun to me ( I don't mind putting effort into it and not just one shorting everything ), small scale PvP, Node Wars, etc etc. I'm not a Min/Max type of person and have plenty of time to put into learning the ins and outs of the classes. What do you all think of the 3 I mentioned? Have any past experiences with them? Have opinions on a different class you think would be a good long term choice? Let me know :)

    Garbage opinion here

    Posted: 08 Nov 2019 11:17 AM PST

I love the game but I really wish the story was more appealing. Like I'd rather there be more "kill this giant fucking monster" quests instead of the go here talk to this person. If they main point is grinding to lvl 56 and awakening then why not make the actual game play compliment that. I'm a newer player and it completely threw me off. Still love all the flashy attacks tho.

How to gain access to Hystria Dailies?

    Posted: 08 Nov 2019 03:38 PM PST

What quest is the pre-req to unlock the Hystria daily quest? I already checked the codex and there is definitely a mistake since the pre-req quests list do not make sense. Thanks!

    Looking for some advise

    Posted: 08 Nov 2019 07:09 PM PST

Hey all, just got the game today and i have it downloading now.

Been doing some reading, but i figured i'd ask reddit to get some more personalised responses from players who are still active.

My main question at the moment is which class should i be if i want to play more supporty. I have read this game doesnt really follow the trinity in terms of healing etc, but if possible i would love to play a class that can buff or heal allies in some way.

I usually play healers in MMOs, and i've played all classes as healer in ESO's end game as well as played a few healing specs in GW2. Even in MoBAs or games like Overwatch i tend to lean to supports and healers.

Are there any classes that can build this way and be helpful to allies?

If my friend put up a bid for lets say exactly 7mil, and he is the only 1 bidding at 7 mil, can i sell my pet directly to them, or will it go to the highest bidder at say 7.5mil

    Need help deciding reroll class

    Posted: 08 Nov 2019 05:20 PM PST

    Greetings all

So as the title says, im looking to reroll classes.

I've been taking a break for some months, but I kinda feel like playing again. My main for a while was a Musa, but right before I left I was in the process of rerolling to a Lahn, as I was feeling a bit bored of my Musa. After alot of bad RNG I felt like I needed a break and so I never actually finished rerolling to Lahn, and so I was left with Lahn Main Hand and Offhand, and a Musa Awakening.

So now that im back I feel like I need to continue my reroll process, as I dont really feel like playing Musa at all. However, i played Lahn a bit and im just not feeling her that much xD.

That brings me to the point of this post. After thinking for a while I've narrowed it down to 3 classes I feel like playing, however I kinda wanted to know a few things before I make my choice and commit to it (I'm gonna be selling my old weapons and buying new from the market, as I dont want to spend more money on the game atm).

First class I pondered was Striker. I mained striker for a good while some time ago, I love the kit and the whole aesthetic of the skills (love fire), and I have alot of weight on it. I'm a small scale pvp kind of guy too, so striker fits this profile. However the Pve is what I'm afraid as he used to be really low on the grinding tier list. I know he got some buffs recently, are they good enough to make striker a good enough grinder?

Second class I thought was Mystic. Never played her, but it seems similar to striker so I guess I could get used to the kit fast enough. Aesthetic wise I dont like it as much as Striker. Seems like a faster grinder, however I see people saying Mystics need alot more gear. Has the upside of using the same Main hand and Offhands as Striker, so I guess getting a second Awakening weapon and playing both could be an option eventually. I have no weight on her though, even though i have 6 maids.

Last one was Warrior. Really like the aesthetic and the color (I'm a sucker for dark red). Dont have much weight on this one, but still more than on the Mystic. Good 1v1 too so thats a plus, but it comes down to the PvE aswell. I remember it being dreadfull to level, even though it was quite a while ago, even though i always enjoyed the animations of the skills. Also the Aoe of the skills was small, so im guessing that out of the 3 classes it would be the worst to grind with.

Oh, and I would have around 257 AP with nouver on all of them, as i know that does influencer classes differently.

Thanks in advance, and sorry for the long post :P

    Sorceress Awakening

    Posted: 08 Nov 2019 04:13 PM PST

I was curious what's the what old out for awakening. Including pre skills and post skills. Right now I have her giant dark ball/main ultimate, the eruption that heals her, shards of darkness, shield of darkness and maxed out her passive armor.

I've looked everywhere but the only things are from at lease 2 years ago and I know things change a lot in 2 years.

Mystic class not on creation screen

    Posted: 08 Nov 2019 02:57 PM PST

I am new to this game and the game is not fully downloaded yet, just enough to get to the creation screen. Not sure if that is why I can't find the "Mystic" class or if it's because they took the class off. If anyone has ran into the same issue or can help me out, that'd be great!

Brand new to the BDO universe

    Posted: 08 Nov 2019 01:09 PM PST

I just got the game thanks to the free key after preregistering for mobile. I have seen visuals of the game and have always been an avid fan of MMORPGs. The last few years, however, have been somewhat barren. There were not enough players in those I tried. I'd love to invest myself in BDO. What resources would you recommend for someone who has absolutely no knowledge about the game?

I just downloaded the game did some looking online and everyone is saying it's "pay to win". Is this true or can I grind the game to get all the things I will need to not just play but actually have fun and enjoy the game

    Question about 100% trade buff

    Posted: 08 Nov 2019 08:09 AM PST

    Question about 100% trade buff

I completed the questline for the 50% and 100% buff but the 100% buff isn't available from Semica. I have already waited for the 50% buff to wear off and then completely relogged a few times. I have also toggled on and off the quest indicators in the quest window and still can't see the 100% buff option. I am A2 in Trade, do I have to be M2 for the 100%? Also I'm level 55 or do I have to be 56 for it to show up? Please help, thanks!

    Valk

    Posted: 08 Nov 2019 06:55 AM PST

So I'm someone who just swapped platforms a couple weeks ago. I've been a bit off on who I want to main, Valks preawake feels better than warriors and her awake looks fun, but is she worth putting the time into even if you enjoy her?
