Why Training Mastery is Awesome

Because when you breed 2 level 30 t8's at 850 mastery you always get a t8.

Let me explain why. If you are a horse breeder and you use Famme's horse calculator you may have noticed that you get results that are off the table. For instance you breed a lvl15 t5 to a level 15 t6 and get a female t7. Your training mastery is 500 and you look at the training tooltip and it says "Chance of getting a higher tier horse from breeding or exchange +3.0%." So you might think that means 3% of the time you breed horses you will get a chance at a better breeding result than the ones on Famme's 13 table. This is not the case.

The tooltip says +3%, which means applying a percentage to a number. That number is the breed grade. I will show you how to calculate the breed grade, but there is an app you can download called "BDO Breeding Calculator" by Nightwind which gives the breed grade. The breed grade at the current breed rate of 14 goes from 194 for 2 lvl1 t1's to 1055 for 2 lvl 30 t8's. You can find the corresponding Famme's table by multiplying the breed grade by .02 (or by dividing by 50) and rounding off the decimals.

Breeding a level 15 t6 to a level 15 t5 gets a breed grade of 682.5. The possible results of the breeding are on Famme's 13 table. But if you add 3% of 682.5 to 682.5(or multiply by1.03) you get 702.975. multiply that by .02 and round down you get 14. It is possible to move up one or two of Famme's tables with the current breed rate of 14.

The breed rate of 2 level 30 t8's is 1055,so the 21 table. An 850 training mastery has a bonus of +5%. 1055 times 1.05 =1107.75. Multiply 1107.75 times .02 round off the decimals and you get 22,so the 22 table.

Now you may say, there is no 22 table and the 21 table is the same as the 20 table. Well remember that breeding event where you could breed 2 level 30 t8's and get a t8? The devs raised the breed rate to 16. Go to Famme's tables and change the breed rate to 16. Input 2 t8 level 30 horses and check out the table number.

As far as I can tell the 22 array is 1/3 female t8 2/3 male t8. I'm not sure what the 21 array is. Low or no chance of male t7's? It would be nice to know.

You can hit the 22 table breeding a t7 and a t8 as well. The breed grade of a level 30 t7 bred to a level 30 t8 is 1022.5. 1022.5 times 1.08 is 1104.3. 1104.3 times .02 round down is 22. You get +8% to breeding at 1450.

I've been using this method for about a year now and I always get a t8 when I breed a t8 to a t8 or t7.

The formula for the breed grade is: 115 + (number of tiersx32.5) +( breed rate/2)x number of levels.

OK, maybe I exaggerated when I called training mastery awesome, but it isn't useless.

tl;dr 850 mastery for 2 level 30 t8's to always give a t8; 1450 to always get a t8 from a level 30 t8 bred to a level 30 t7.

For the Sherekan and Blood Wolf piece, is it better to farm Protty/Cadry during the event or do those just become additional options? BW and Sherekan are decent-ish money as is, and it looks like the pieces have the drop rate buffed during the event in those locations. So question is what is the most efficient use of the event for infinite HP potion farming? Thanks for all responses, if there is a youtube guide or something else on the topic feel free to link please

Game crash only on specific character

I started playing few days ago , and my game is crashing everytime i choose my main. the first crashed occurred when i was afk training horse riding and since then i couldnt log in to this character anymore.

Stuck at downloading binary data

I just downloaded the game and it seems to always get stuck while downloading the. Coherentui Host file, I shows a download speed of 8mbps and then slowly decreases till it hits 16 kbps It's been 1.5 hours
