| Am I the only one who would like some male characters for a change? Posted: 20 Dec 2019 07:13 AM PST Personally I'm not the kind of guy who likes playing as females in games, especially MMOs. I get chick characters make more money but this is kind of ridiculous. Female Character:
Male Character:
We have almost double the female characters than male characters.. Every time i stop playing the game I say I'll come back when they release a new tank/bruiser character. And now they've released it, but its a female character. I'm not saying having female characters is bad, but can we get some male characters? I feel like guys who like playing as guys have little representation. Females have every archetype here from little girl, ninja girl, buff girl, soft girl, powerful girl, etc. but there are are a few notable archetypes missing from the male side like Noble, Antagonist, etc. Not to mention we have nobody that uses dark magic, no DPS Tanks (Zerk is a drain tank, Valk is a DPS Tank) or mobile DPS. (Ninja is an Assassin, Tamer is Mobile DPS.) I don't see anybody else mentioning this. Am I really just the only guy who doesn't like playing as a girl? [link] [comments] | ||

| Posted: 20 Dec 2019 04:01 PM PST Hey! I'm currently playing a Maehwa, but I'm seriously considering a reroll. I'm not really close to endgame yet, and I do enjoy playing Maehwa and the aesthetics. But working towards something that really is sub par in most aspects of the game feels unrewarding in itself, and I do enjoy a couple of classes, so I'm seriously considering a reroll at this point. It feels like it doesn't make sense to play something that will put me at a disadvantage in the parts of the game that I enjoy, when I think I can enjoy the game playing another class. I'm currently lvl 61 with 194/197/2xx as Maehwa. I'm looking for class suggestions and insight. What I like: Classes I'm considering: Tamer, Archer, Ranger (AWAK), Berserker (Upcoming Succession looks like fun). Classes that I've tried but didn't like: Sorc, Witch, Lahn Classes that I've tried which felt okay: Mystic (love the aesthetics, dislike the low burst), Musa (really just prefer Maehwa over Musa). Any suggestions on how to proceed? Should I move to a class that's better for endgame purpose already or just stick it out with my Maehwa, seeing as I'm so far from endgame? Should I farm 62 for amu before I reroll? I know this question has been asked a million times, but it really feels difficult to make a decision at this point, and I'd love to hear from more experienced players than myself.
