| NA Siege Guild Rankings 01/04/20 Posted: 05 Jan 2020 11:24 AM PST Hello, We back. I hope everyone had a good holiday break. In this week's rankings I will be covering the last two weeks of siege. Not a lot happened the previous weekend, but I will cover who got the regions and a bit of talk about the Mediah fight. The 12/28/19 siege notes will be in italic. We will be starting 2020 with a lot of movement in the rankings. I'm going to try new symbols this week that represents a short-term view of how each guild performed (or lack of) on a week. (U) or (D) will be next to each guild's name which represents (U) upward trend or (D) downward trend. Again, these symbols represent a short-term view, not necessarily how they will perform next week. Also, if a guild isn't getting any fights for weeks, a (D) will most likely be next to their name. 01/05/20 NA Siege 1. Snake (U) Snake took Calpehon from Basi who didn't show. With Snake being in Calpheon, Basi and VRTX dropped to 2v1. Not going to dive too deep into this as it's an obvious result for both sides in Calpheon. Snake held the first gate for about 40 minutes and then went down a little after an hour. Snake held well for a 2v1. The rooftop hold was the most interesting. In Calpheon the defending guild never keeps hold of the rooftops, but Snake never lost it. Snake moves to #1 this week. Snake's recent performances have been good and the differences between Snake and Cho were so slim to begin with. I've mentioned in previous posts about how the top 3 spots can change quickly and here it does, also Cho hasn't had a fight for a while now as well. 2. ChoNation (D) The last two weeks in terms of siege have been stale for Cho. They got Valencia after some 1v2 practice against VRTX and Vexis on 12/28, the fight lasted about an hour with Cho still being above 70% and this week gave up the castle with no fight to Vexis. A slight drop in the rankings this week only because we have not seen anything from them recently. With that being said, Cho is still strong and maybe even the strongest. As I say each week the gap between 1-3 depends on the day. I wouldn't be surprised for Cho to go find themselves a fight next weekend. 3. BlackRose (U) BlackRose tried to defend Mediah against Corrupt and Filter. The first push is a well-known meme now, but for those who don't know ill try to break it down for you. Corrupt and Filter tried for a 1 push win with everything. They had: 11-12 ogres (+1 troll), 6 elephants, full cannons, and 200 people all in the same comms for the very first push. Against a fully buffed, stun trapped, elephant trapped BlackRose sitting in Mediah castle. Let's be honest here, BlackRose mopped the floor with that push. No damage on the gate, most of the ogres died, and all the elephants died. After that push it was looking grim for Corrupt and Filter to take a gate and was looking like a good hold from BlackRose. BlackRose farmed them for under an hour with each push looking easy to hold. But, as we all know in a 1v2 in a castle it only takes 1 push and that's what ended up happening. There wasn't enough attention to the wheel from BlackRose and the attackers got on it and it went down quickly. From there it was a slow burn until BR was taken out. In this week's siege BR dropped close to Mediah castle. Any ally of the castle drops near the Mediah castle because if you don't you die. The castle ally guild always drops in the same spot, so BR dropped with that in mind. Their plan was to take out Filter quickly while holding Corrupt off their base. The first 10 minutes looked good, but BR couldn't quite do enough damage to Filter before they got pushed back to their base. From there it was a slow burn. BlackRose has looked good in the past month. Most people thought they were going to hold Mediah castle against Corrupt and Filter after that failed first push. Even with the good performances it isn't enough for me to put them above Cho, because the only reference I have of those two guilds in recent time is when Cho won almost every engage against them in Mediah. My opinion would be that the fight between BR and Cho would be much different now than it was on that day. 4. Corrupt (U) & Barcode (D) Here is where the rankings start to shake up the most. I will do a paragraph or two on each guild, but for this week's rankings Barcode, Corrupt are tied for 4th. Corrupt Corrupt continues to find fights week in and week out. I covered most of the siege on Mediah in the BlackRose section and there isn't much more to discuss. After BR went down though, Corrupt and Filter did a 1v1 for the region. After 1 or 2 open field engages, the rest of the fight was around Filter's base. It looked like a good scrappy fight, but eventually Corrupt took Filter's base down and took Mediah. In this week's siege Corrupt was in Mediah castle with Filter placed just outside against BR. After BR was taken out, Corrupt held the castle for a while against Filter for some practice and then walked off the region. Corrupt retains their #4 spot tied with Barcode, however I would give a slight edge to Corrupt. Corrupt has had the most fights out of any guild in the past three months, their guild is practiced and that gives them a slight edge in my opinion over Barcode. Barcode Barcode dropped Serendia on 12/28 siege and took it without any contest, and no one dropped on them this week. There was no good fight for them on the 12/28 siege and didn't want to be a part of the Mediah fight. One can assume Barcode is going through a small rebuild while they sit on sunny Serendia. Barcode's #4 ranking is on a knife's edge for now. They stay here because of the longevity of the guild and their strength. Also, we saw a Barcode v Filter, which was in BC's favor. The first quarter of 2020 will either determine if they regain that solo #4 spot or if this trend will continue of other guilds competing for that spot. 6. VRTX (U) VRTX practiced with Vexis against Cho on 12/28 siege in Valencia, they walked after an hour with Cho being at 70% VRTX and Basi dropped to 2v1 Snake in Calpheon. When Snake went down VRTX had slightly more kills than Basi. I expected the 1v1 afterwards to be a back and forth fight. After Basi won the first engage, VRTX quickly turned it around and the rest of the siege was on Basi's fort. The 1v1 was over in under 30 minutes with VRTX quickly taking care of Basi's fort. Once they got the advantage on Basi they couldn't recover. VRTX moves up to #6 in this week's rankings. VRTX has finally had the fight that moves them up. Even in their old iteration of Vertex there were several guilds from the 4-9 rank that had Vertex as the scariest guild to fight. VRTX has a good siege composition and needed to get everything to click, that seems to be happening now. Their politics seem stable as well which helps. 7. Vexis (D) & Basilicacorps (D) Vexis and Basilicacorps are tied for 7th this week. Vexis Vexis took Valencia this week with no fight. They have been on Valencia for 4 weeks now without a good fight. The same message applies here as my previous posts for Vexis. Basilicacorps Basi walked off Calpheon on 12/28 siege. Basi was dropped with VRTX to take Snake out of Calpheon. After Snake went down, I predicted the fight with VRTX to be close and for Basi to be crafty in the fights like they usually are. There were some words about the fight on the podcast, if you wish to hear that go watch it. The fight did not seem like a usual Basi fight, it didn't even look like they were putting up much of a fight. They only lasted 30 minutes in a fight that could have easily stalemated with the guilds being close in strength. Basi drops this week in the rankings due to their performance on Calpheon. I look for Basi to bounce back next week as I doubt they were happy with that outcome. 9. Filter (U) Filter is off Balenos and Serendia! For the past two sieges they have been running it down whoever is on Mediah. Smashing your head into BlackRose, and then Corrupt is good practice but it's a linear strategy. I do think that Filter leadership and members learned a lot in the past two weeks. Also, their 1v1 with Corrupt for the region on the 12/28 siege was good. There were a lot of good trades open field with Corrupt. Filter did take Mediah this weekend, which is their first castle region since reforming the guild. I was tempted to move them into the tied for 7th position but it's a bit premature for that. Some more fights against the guilds between 4-8 that are not Corrupt would help place Filter more appropriately. 10. Challenger (U) 11. Legatum 12. Aftershock There isn't a (U) or (D) on Legatum or Aftershock because they are still in the early stages of being a siege guild. All three guilds from 10-12 were placed on Balenos this weekend along with GvG and Ingenium. There was no real plan on Balenos between the guilds (besides Aftershock intending to hand it off to Ingenium), I think it was just an opportunity to get a fight in for some guild practice and movement. Legatum went on Ingenium who was the closest to them and took them out in 10 minutes. While Challenger and GvG went on Aftershock, in a 1v2 they lasted about 20 minutes. Legatum moved to GvG, but Aftershock went down shortly after and Challenger moved to Legatum. Challenger and GvG were both on Legatum, and it look them about 30 minutes to take out Legatum. Challenger and GvG fought for it with Challenger winning and capturing Balenos. Will we see more of GvG and Ingenium on Balenos and Serendia? With Barcode on Serendia its not feasible for anyone to go Serendia without bringing another guild or doing some sort of 2v2. There could be some interesting fights on Balenos and Serendia in the foreseeable future. Closing Thoughts The guilds ranked 4th-9th are all within reach of each other. Could Filter take down Corrupt or BC? Probably not right now, but it's a fight that you would take nonetheless. It has been a long time since there was a small gap between this many guilds which makes the next few months critical for every guild in this category. Every guild is fighting over the same recruits. There will be guilds that come out very strong and guilds that flop, who will rise and who will fall? You can tell some guilds are focusing on fighting while others are focusing on capturing regions. Which strategy will work? While doing this week's rankings I changed 4th-9th numerous times. It just goes to show how close each guild is. I expect everyone to have different opinions down in the comments this week. For the guilds in the top 3, while its great to be in the top 3 it also comes with its disadvantages. No guild out of the top 3 can 1v1 any of them, and any 2v2 that doesn't involve a top 3 member on each side isn't 'fair teams'. 1v1's is what everyone in the community wants to see but the odds of that happening are slim, which is why Cho hasn't been involved in any fights recently. | Posted: 05 Jan 2020 09:40 PM PST I got 10 crecent rings of several hours of drop and some from yonas and I started to enhance them, 3 went up PRI then everyone failed to DUO with 40 fs, I decided to buy more rings on PRI and try to up them to DUO but they all failed, I spent the 1.3b that I had saved in more rings with the certainty that something should go up after all was more than 50% chance, but it wasn't like that, I lost all my money and nothing went up 8 failed attempts to DUO, I feel like shit Now I just want to get the money back and buy the TET Muskan for which I was saving, but i know it will take time and i losed it, the time i invested grinding the money and the rings before and now the time it will take me to come back [link] [comments] | ||

| My stats on getting a Hedgehog from the Rare Critter Box Posted: 05 Jan 2020 08:22 PM PST I was looking for stats surrounding this Rare Critter box sale and was coming up short so I thought I'd share with others how many attempts it took me personally to get a Hedgehog. 2 times I got a Snowflake Reindeer Box (Contains x2 Reindeer in each box) 1 time I got a T3 Hedgehog Hopefully this helps other people out when trying to make the decision. RNG is RNG but I don't really feel that bad about spending 6600 pearls on this because I'm going to use my other 2 reindeer boxes to make it a T4 along with the Wizard Ghospy I got from the recent event. | Looking for a new class, could you help me ? Posted: 05 Jan 2020 07:24 PM PST Hi guys, I have 600h of total playtime, I just reached lv60 on my DK which is my only character. I'd like to try something else, I don't really know if I actually like DK as I never tried another class. The thing is that I don't have a lot of playtime so I don't wanna waste it on a "bad" class and I'm asking your help about the strengths/weaknesses of some classes. I'm a pve player but it's mainly because I don't have enough gear/money yet to do pvp, though I like to defend my spot. Visually I love big aoe and fast gameplay. I chose only class that I like, I don't wanna pick a class just because it's meta. So I like the maehwa (her awakening mostly), the kunoichi (awakening too) and the lahn (both weapons look good). As I was told succession is overpowered, I'm thinking that the lahn would be a good choice as it's the only pre awak weapon that I like. My favourite one would actually be the maehwa with her spear I really love the animations, but I can't really find if she's decent, a lot of people told me "she is meh and PA doesn't like her". I know it's just a game and I should play what I want but I don't wanna spend months grinding then feel weak compared to other classes. Kunoichi awak animations are smooth too, but 2 people (best source ever) told me she's really trash atm. I'm sorry it was a long post, I've been doing life skills for a whole week while thinking about my new class, I really hope you'll help me chose between those 3 classes. On the one hand I don't wanna waste time on a "bad" class, on the other hand I don't wanna pick a class that I don't like just cause it's meta. Thanks a lot for your time, love ! | Posted: 05 Jan 2020 06:50 AM PST Hello there! I'm having stuttering in the game, doesn't matter where i'm or what i'm doing, doesn't matter if i'm in full screen or windows mode. Usually i run the game at like 240 fps fullscreen and 144 windows mode, and the game drop like 60 frames and goes back to normal FPS in less than 1 sec. I tried this in combos, running, in world bosses, doesn't matter the context, still happens. So i started googling and tried a lots of things, here what i did:

This didn't happen before, only in a few places in hystria or other spots, beside that the game was running super well, i just noticed this start happened all the time.
