    [PSA] Important NA/EU Account Transfer Information - Transfer Deadline 31st March 2021

    January 27, 2021 Account Transfer Registration page opens.
    February 3, 2021 Termination of sale of Gift Packages.
    February 10, 2021 Termination of sale of Black Desert Online Game Packages, Kakao Cash and in-game Pearl Boxes.
    February 24, 2021 Termination of Kakao Games' Black Desert Online service and transfer of service to Pearl Abyss. Remaining web coupon items to be distributed via in-game mail. Account Transfer Registration page temporarily closes. All received Account Transfer Registrations will be processed.
    February 25, 2021 ( tentative ) Pearl Abyss' Black Desert Online service is live. Account Transfer Registration page re-opens. Any further Account Transfer Registrations will be processed immediately.
    May 31, 2021 Account Transfer Registration page closes permanently.
    June 1, 2021 All non-transferred data will be deleted permanently.

    ∙ This notice includes both NA/EU website and Steam users.

    ∙ If you do not agree to the Account Transfer Agreement, you cannot play Black Desert Online with your Kakao Games account starting on February 24th, 2021.

    ∙ To register to transfer your account, you must have a Pearl Abyss Black Desert Online account.

    ∙ Once the account transfer registration period has ended on May 31st, 2021, Kakao Games accounts can no longer be transferred. Your account will go *poof*.

    Steam - game crash after account transfer

    Hello,

    10 minutes ago I transferred my account by instructions from Black Desert. Now I have a problem every time I logging in to my account - the game crashes every time I select a character. Anyone have such a problem?

    Edit. 1 - I found i can enter on seasonal servers only now - but i still cannot play on regular server / character

    Edit. 2 - it seems to be only temporary - it works now, I dont do anything - game fix itself around 30 - 40 min after my account transfer

    Edit. 3 - problem back, game crashed 5 min ago, and now again I cannot enter any character...

    I can see that are you are contacting us regarding an issue that shows your characters on the wrong region when you get to the step confirming what will be transferred and pending your confirmation.

    Please note this will be fixed as soon as possible and will not cause any issues in the transferring process. As long as the characters/levels match, the incorrect region itself can be ignored as this will be corrected at the earliest opportunity.

    Thank you for taking the time to check in and make this report so we could ensure it gets fixed sooner than later!

    Constant crashing due to error "TR not registered"

    For those of you crashing constantly when you try to log into certain characters, if you go to your log folder in your BDO folder you will see the reason is that "TR was not registered".

    IDK whats causing it but it is incredibly annoying when your main is the one that is bugged. As a stop gap you can log in with other characters and then swap to the bugged characters 50% of the time.

    PEARL ABYSS XFER: PEARL SHOP COSTING

    Does anyone have any information regarding the changes to the Pearl Shop/Loyalty Shop once PA takes over from Kakao? Was it posted somewhere by a GM or in the transfer notes and I just didn't find it?

    Perusing through some old ass posts, gives me some concerns regarding pricing and availability of certain items. Example, the VP in SA (or was it SEA) doesn't have mervs? Their VP also has 20% more exp boost than ours does? Some loyalty items are not available such as the 1 day VP or character slots? Also last I saw, the pricing for costumes were more expensive, though I think with the exchange it's roughly the same price.

    I could be completely off base and maybe it's all equalized now, but just throwing it out there to get some confirmation/information of how PA runs their Pearl Shop. Largely just wanna know if I should stock up on costumes now (that triple outfit box looks tempting).
