    Global Lab Patch Notes (8th April) - Sage Awakening Teaser, Hunting quests and new animals, Weak Baricades added to Node Wars, Sage Rabams, Minor Class bug fixes

    Breakdown of this patch:

    • Sage Awakening Teaser image (https://i.imgur.com/LfZ2gB4.png - imgur link for those at work <3)
    • Rare hunting (lifeskill) animals added and new knowledge category for them. You can get titles when killing these new animals. Also have a chance of getting a new quest when you kill existing animals in kamasylvia, valencia and odylita.
    • Weak Barricades and barriers added for node/siege. Takes only 5 sec to install and 20 seconds to build but are less durable and can't be upgraded
    • A couple of Bartering npcs have had their locations fixed and the devs are looking at how to fix other areas where boats get stuck on terrain or interacting with the barter npc is annoying
    • Sorceress, Ranger, Berserker, Musa, Maehwa, and Lahn classes have been improved so that other skills can be linked while sprinting.
    • Class bug fixes for Dark Knight, Guardian and Sage
    • Sage Rabam Skills (they haven't told us the prior skills needed for some reason)

    I've seen a few releases of premium kibelius and shudad black happen seemingly without a pattern. I'm looking at the cantabile set released last August, is there any chance it comes back before August in some sort of early summer event or am I going to be stuck waiting?

    Cooking Calculator Tool - Accounting for Mastery

    Because I am in danger of talking about this like it was a recipe I posted to a food site, I will lead off with providing the link:

    This is 100% inspired by BDOdae which I will also switch back to using as soon as the website is updated for mastery.

    The how to use section:

    • All the critical cells are protected, so you shouldn't be able to break anything important by accident (please don't try to break it on purpose).

    • Essentially all you need to do is select the recipe you want to make and enter your mastery and it will spit out the expected profit value for the item itself and for if you turn it in via imperial crafting.
      It will also show you the profit potential in three ways, one assuming you have made it entirely from scratch, one assuming you have already processed (or purchased) the processable goods, and a third time showing if you have already cooked (or purchased) all of the items except the last one.

    • You can apply tax. Why would you do this? If you want to know whether it is more profitable to simply sell your materials or to turn them into imperial goods is one really good reason to turn tax on/off accordingly. If tax is off you are basically saying "I am buying this item off the market" so I need to account for a larger expense. If your tax is on you are basically saying "If I were to sell this item what would the asset be worth to me?" so that you can see how much(or little) changing the asset into something else would affect your overall value.

    • Don't like my market estimates for items? No worries you can go in and edit those estimates on the "Prices" tab. Please be kind and record the date you update them. (Personally I try and estimate what I think I could sell something for in the next hour. Which usually means using the value of the highest order, or if there are no orders taking either the average or the lowest depending on activity.) You can do whatever you like just tossing this suggestion in case you need some guidance.

    • Yes, all market prices are US. I would be happy to let anyone from other area's make a copy of this sheet, and use it to their heart's content. Let me know if it won't let you make a copy I can get you one. (Should let you copy it though)

    • One known limitation of this tool is that its estimates are really dang close for the 1st imperial box but can start to fall off after that. Unlike BDOdae it doesn't account for leftover assets as you craft multiple boxes. So for some recipes that don't work out evenly you would make a little more money than the projections the tool will give. I figure it is always better to underestimate profits.

    • The tool does assume you are using a Value Pack. For Obvious reasons you should be using at least the 1 day loyalties one when you cash in on the market.

    I made it because I recently got back into BDO and I wanted to turn a profit life skilling while I watch por... browse the internet.

    I shared it because I enjoyed making it, it was a lot of work that others may not want to do, and I am mostly not an a**hole.

    DK question: Prime Nocturne Kamasylvia strike version after lunacy

    So usually when i use Nocturne after lunacy and press w, my character does the normal Nocturne attack. However sometimes when i do it, it does the same animation as for example when you cancel nocturne after a fully charged kamasylvia strike or after a twilight dash.

    Is that just a bug? Does it deal more damage? Anyone knows how to do it consistently?

    Encountering strange bug [PC]

    So since the most recent update on steam, I've found that being in the ui's that take over the screen (pearl store, skill tables etc) cause a hang (task manager marks bdo.exe as having been suspended) and eventual crash to desktop.

    They may function properly for up to a minute before the screen goes black, leaving just the cursor icon, before the aforementioned crash.

    Has anyone else had this issue?
