    Account transfer issues? Please help!

    Hey everyone! I have a question about the account transfer process from Kao Kao games to Pearl Abyss. I submitted my request for transfer back in March and I still haven't seen anything transfer over to my new Pearl Abyss account. Should I be worried? I haven't been able to contact Pearl Abyss support because the report submittal page is always broken for me. I am just looking for some advice! Can anyone help me out, please? Anything is appreciated! Thank you in advance!

    One Character fine or do I need alts?

    Hello,

    started playing BDO a few days ago and i'm not sure if I should play only my warrior and grind with him and also do Life skills with him like gathering, processing and cooking or if I should split it up. Maybe 1 alt for AFK fishing and one for farming and the rest with the main? Would that be viable or would that be absolutely inefficient?

    At the moment I got 4 Character slots.

    I tried to search for a answer but unfortunately I only got mixed results.

    How to fix Silver Farming if bounty hunting is implemented?

    Just like the title says, bounty hunting in this game is gonna be fun but how do PA prevent players from abusing it? maybe this can help and instead of giving money to a Sheriff (a npc) we should be giving money to players who are willing to hunt other players.

    Someone managed to take my reserved IGN back when I preordered the game

    Hey guys.

    I came back to BDO since I got an email about them migrating publishers. I logged on to find my account had been hacked. They deleted all my characters except 1 which I'm assuming is because they liked all the igns I had saved on the account. I'm a bit confused though since they took my ign that I selected during the preorder.

    For anyone that's unfamiliar, you were able to preorder an ign during launch of the game. These igns would be bound to your account and couldn't be used by anyone else. Here's a response I had from CS a few years back of them telling me that my ign is locked to the account.

    Now I understand that because of the migrating publishers, they're going to get rid of the locked names. But that won't be happening until 5/31. Found another post on it and the GM confirmed the date

    I tried contacting CS but I don't think the person helping me even knows about the reserved igns. They just told me all igns are available after deleted.

    So I'm just a bit confused how this person was able to use my ign. Either these names were never locked to the account, the ign reserve has already been lifted early, or the hacker found a way to bypass it.

    I don't think there's a way to get my name back at this point but I'm still pretty disapointed because according to the guidelines on what both publishes have stated, this ign should still rightfully belong to me.

    Anyone have an idea what the hell happened?

    Little lost. Been back for about 3 weeks, broke my TeT awakening wep ha. Not sure what to chase to progress my gear been leveling some lifeskills between a few characters, about to buy a TeT nouver. But other than that little lost in which I should do. Buying gear def seems easier.

    Lost OTP Google Authenticator. Cannot log in to reset it due to getting a new phone.

    Upgraded my phone, did not transfer the OTP to the new device from the old. Did not write down my backup code and cannot log in to see it. Any gamers out there with a 5 head solution? Thanks.
