Is it Guaranteed to have your Account Banned if you Issue a Chargeback? and how long after? Posted: 11 Jun 2021 07:57 AM PDT Had an issue with a purchase in game. I was back and forth with customer service for over 2 months where they kept delaying an answer. Finally they said they "sympathize" with the situation but said they could not refund the purchase, to which I requested that they just credit me some in-game currency as I have been around since the beginning and spent thousands of dollars and never once in that time have I requested a refund or asked for a credit of currency. The next day I found that my ticket inquiries history was deleted. So I issued a new ticket repeating the last and again the next day it was deleted. Then I issued a 3rd ticket saying I need a response or some kind of resolution or I will be issuing a chargeback at the end of the week and again the ticket was deleted within 24 hours. So the end of the week has come and gone and I issued a chargeback 5 days ago. Each day I expect it to be the end of my account but nothing yet. Honestly after the atrocious customer service response or lack of one I couldn't give a damn about this company. Sucks if ends up costing my account, but if that happens I will be issuing chargebacks for every purchase I can through this company. Need help on what to do after 61. Posted: 11 Jun 2021 10:38 PM PDT Hello there. So in short I got my first char 61 and I'm SOOO Happy atm :d , got my narch gear and capotia ring , necklase belt. and using ( fores't eye earring and pri red sand crystal ring in what i missing ). my ap : 225 , dp : 292 , awakening : 227.. have : 200/267 contribution and 81 energy which i don't know what do with them except using energy in expanding storage in cities. also got 2 black distortion earning in black spirit case thing which go each for around 318m or smth and 2 laytenn's power stone which go for 65m for each. right now i'm kinda lost. shall i craft last 2 pices of capotia and go grinding ? shall i focus on something else first? what are the priorities at this moment. Note : i bought the naphart camp and got around 7 or 8 maids and like 8 t1 pets aswell. Hope everything is clear to you guys, if i'm missing any info let me know please. Global Lab Patch Notes (11th June) - Horse racing trophies exchange, sea monster new weekly, bartering T1 goods revamp, new hunting animals, class bug fixes Posted: 11 Jun 2021 04:56 AM PDT https://www.blackdesertfoundry.com/global-lab-updates-11th-june-2021/ ​ Patch Breakdown: Horse racing trophies can now be exchanged for furniture which gives mount exp, training exp and training mastery for 10 hours when used. The furniture has a durability of 10. Sea monster drop rate for some items was increased. New weekly quest was added at Oquilla to kill 10 Sea Crocodiles Bartering materials needed for exchanging to Tier 1 have been swapped around. Some of the old ones were deleted and new items added. Best way to learn skills Posted: 11 Jun 2021 04:01 PM PDT I am still learning. The biggest issue is learning the skills. I expected some sort of skill bar. But there are so many skills, even at lower levels that it is hard to learn what they do. I am sort of button smashing right now. Is there a way to see your skills in your UI?
