    Ive played many many MMORPGs in my life, and this game single handedly takes the cake. Between beautiful graphics, amazing combat mechanics, and pretty good lore, BDO stands the hell out. If you don't see it, you are LACKING

    It's been over 6 months since War Heroes were capped for nodewars but siege was left uncapped.

    • Tier1:0
    • Tier2:3
    • Tier3:5
    • Tier4:10
    • Siege: No Limit (100)

    When the merc system when first introduced ruined the node war scene so they added a cap to every node tier from 0-4 and it worked quite well to make it more competitive, but they decided to leave siege uncapped. (6months since the change) You can see there was some concern here saying siege would still be merc heavy and for EU at least, it still is quite merc heavy.

    Merc stacking takes away from people trying to improve their own guilds strength and instead relies on getting their guild carried every 2nd week to win a region. It also ruins castle defense/attacks as most guilds that win these regions have like 30-50 members defending at most and get rolled by the guild that mercs up to 80+ people the next week. It also takes away from guilds learning strategies with their current strength, as they can just borrow temporary strength in the form of mercs.

    There's plenty more problems with nodewars/siege like the low amount of money it gives but i was curious for reddit's opinion on the merc situation. Do you think they should limit the amount of mercs in siege like they do for nodewars? My solution would be to add a cap of around 15~20 mercs for siege.

    UI not displaying experience buffs, etc

    so i know i saw someone discuss this issue recently but damned if i can find it.
    my experience buffs, food, daily grind etc. is no longer visible to me.
    i have my settings to prioritize effects, and i dont see anything checked that should disable them.

    at a loss here.

    How Long is the Story?

    Okay so I just got the game yesterday and I remember reading about power farming and I went to do that with Sorcess but she just felt so bad. I don't know if I'm playing her wrong or if she's just had pre awakening. Anyway I got her to 25 but then it read that it's just best to go through and play the story because at the end of the story you will be level 56. Is this true? And if so how long is until then? Should I just suffer and power farm then go back through the story?

    Animations not showing up?

    I'm in a party with 2 friends who can both see mine and each others animations yet I can't see theirs? Same settings only difference is that one of those friends are on a PS4 pro but the other friend is on a base PS4. I used to be able to see animations but it hasn't been viewable for a couple days now. Any help would be appreciated thanks
