I have tried everything. Taking different story paths. Searching online yields "Change channels he may not appear." Which he is there for me every time just no knowledge. Another is to do "Death of cows" which I've done. Can't seem to get "Dying Abun" quest and saw in Mar.2019 patch notes they changed how to obtain this quest. All of my friends have the knowledge with 1000% less effort ... and just... don't remember how they got it.

Any help appreciated. It's literally the last person in knowledge (H) I need besides stars end.
