[Steam] BDO Sea Launcher (PAPatcher.exe) Stuck at 0% After Initial Download Posted: 11 Jul 2020 07:11 PM PDT I just downloaded BDO Sea and upon running the launcher, it seems to be "Waiting" and stuck at 0%. All the download stats seem to be stuck at 0 as well. Any help in resolving this would be appreciated! ​ SOLVED!!!!! For those who encounter this error, you are Required to log into your BDO SEA online portal even if you are playing through steam. Use your energy whenever it is full, if that means turning it into energy pots or gathering river water anything is better than letting it sit full. Don't use blessing of kamasyvia unless you are actively grinding or actively using energy.
