    5 months already since this joke was made, now with another broken class release (Sage), things got even worse, a lot of players already pointed out how the PvP is nowadays, how bad class balance is but nothing has been done or even talked about since the CalpheON event, empty words once again.

    • Slow Stacking (Amplified by Sage AWK).

    • Monster AP vs Node War structures.

    • Perma protected classes giving minimal chances for non grab classes to fight against (Sage succ makes things even worse because even grab classes have a hard time CCing average/good sage players).

    • Low CD Ranged Grabs

    • FPS still affecting class animations (Although, i can understand the time required to find a fix for that).

    • Q/E Class buffs with huge disparity between them (Example: Musa/Tamer E buffs vs Guardian, Sage Succ, Wiz Succ).

    • Resists

    • Big PvE differences between classes (Which is probably going to be even worse once we receive the new Dungeon).

    Don't get me wrong, i think outside of class balance, BDO is in a really good state but the most important thing of any game is how players feel when they play the game and right now, if you are not playing the TOP/FOTM/FOTY classes, you can't even play the game without getting frustrated.

    Grinding less money/h because you enjoy playing your class should not be a thing as well as being ''forced'' to tag or reroll to OP classes because of 0 pvp balance patches in the last 5 months. I know BDO was never a 100% balanced game and i don't think there is any game which can be fully balanced but nowadays things became even worse, in the past, at least we had tentatives to fix the imbalance.

    What is PA waiting for? Arena of Arsha tournament feedback ? Another competitor on the MMORPG market ? or they simply do not care about the years we have put learning our classes and improving our gear ?

    Can PA come out and talk with the community, at least just a bit?

    GAME TIP: Do you feel the UI is too big your 1080p screen? Try this method!

    This is a quick life-quality improvement for most people who find the UI obnoxiously big for 1080p resolutions.

    With this method, you will end up with a smaller UI while mantaining clear readability of the UI elements using a new font. The final appareance is similar to running the game at 1440p.

    Here is an example of how it looks like at 100% UI Scale compared to 80% UI Scale:

    80% UI Scale + New Font

    To achieve these results, follow these steps:

    • Step #1: Download this Font. The font itself is from the Korean version and is EU friendly, which means it will mantain most of the European alphabet characters available.
    • Step #2: Install the font. Here's a FakeUnicorn's Guide of How To Install a Custom Font. DO NOT USE THE FONT SHOWN IN THE VIDEO, JUST FOLLOW THE METHODOLOGY.
    • Step #3: Go to the option "Edit UI" in-game and adjust the UI Scale to 80% as shown in the image blow and save a Preset.

    Move the \"Inferace Scale\" bar to 80%.

    • Step #4: Re-adjust the whole UI elements as you please.

    After these steps, everything should look cleaner and have more free space for visibility sake 😄.

    If the font doesn't show up, make sure this setting is checked in the in-game options:

    Use \"DejaVu Sans\" to avoid incompatibilities with the new font.

    Global Lab Patch Notes (22nd April) - Nouver costume, Node/siege changes, new policy system for guilds, sage awakening buffs/fixes

    Breakdown of this weeks patch

    • Bloodstorm Nouver costume added - imgur link for those at work <3, you have to get new items for bloodstorm nouver which are used to exchange for the "Hibernating" version of the costume. Once you have this version you need to create Bloodstained Black Stones using the new item and x100 regular black stones. Enhance the costume to PEN and you can exchange it with 100% chance and a few other items to a Sealed costume piece which is the actual costume
    • Policy system and policy points added for guilds. Basically by owning a territory you now earn points which you can spend on various guild buffs
    • Flame towers have a new skill.
    • You can now attack protected members during a guild war if they are negative karma
    • You can now name workers (only you can see the worker names and the name is returned to defaul if listed on the worker exchange- useful for organising your workers)
    • Class bug fixes for Warrior, Sorc, Valk, Maehwa, Shai, Hash and Sage (sage awakening bug fixes too)

    Sage Awakening vs Succession

    So now that Awakening is out, what are your guys opinions on it vs Succession?

    I feel while it's definitely more fun and will make the Sage more viable in PvP it seems to be lacking in PvE when compared to Succession. Maybe it's just me, Succession is simpler and easier to use and Awakening is not. Also the fact he's stupid squishy doesn't make Awakening any easier to get used to ha.

    Opinions and thought? Possibly advice for Awakening that I may be missing.
