    New tools and updates on Velia Inn

    Hiya!

    Been a while since I launched Velia Inn and I got a looooooooot of feedback over the past few months, which is amazing! Wanted to drop by to share the progress since the last time I've posted about it.

    One of the most requested feature was sound alerts for boss spawns, which is kinda a pain lately due to Chromium's auto playing sound/video policies. But now it's here! (I'm hyping this too much, it's just a basic feature after all). There's some rare cases when the sound alerts won't work, but it should be fine most of the time. Let me know your thoughts on this one please. Alerts for resets are coming too ASAP

    Boss Sounds Alerts

    Another highly requested feature was something to help with caphras info. Decided to do a very simple tool that focuses on showing you the stats you get and the stones (and their market cost) needed.

    Added a simple tax calculator too, which is mostly for newer players who find it a little bit hard to understand how the market tax works (especially for the horse market).

    Market Tax Calcualtor

    The pearl market tracker can now be filtered by item types (pets, costumes etc) so you can find the stuff you want faster.

    A bunch of other technical stuff that you don't really care about were changed, along with some visual changes (better contrast, better spacing, simpler font - should be especially helpful for people that are having visual difficulties).

    Also added another way for people to leave feedback besides Discord/Email. On the lower left side of the page you'll see a feedback button, you tap it and send a message (yes, I read all the feedback I get, no matter how you send it).

    I'd like to end this post by thanking everyone who helped spread the word and also everyone who sent ideas, suggestions and bug reports - that's EXTREMELY helpful. So, thank you!

    Hi guys,

    I was wondering how effective is Evasion in PvE for an Hashashin...

    I'm in a spot where I choose to build Evasion or DR, if I build Evasion I can reach 650Evasion (I know that Evasion for Evasion Classes start to be decent around 625 and very effective at 700+), instead if I build DR I can reach 290 Damage Reduction (With the Skill Add-on I reach the 310 Soft-Cap).

    I would like to start going Evasion, but I'm worried to not be able to farm safely in "High-End" Spots (Not speaking about Group Spots) even with 342DP.

    Ran into a problem in where it was telling me that I "cant rent that residence anymore", come to read online that you can only have 5 properties as residences, and I assume that must be the problem. Can I have 5 per character, or just overall, as in, account wide?

    So i was a bit greedy i reached 97fs and wanted to hit it 1 more time i made it TET got pretty pissed but i thought w/e ill try to build it again so i tried with 59fs 2.07% and this happend.

    Gathering level 5 help.

    I read/saw online that getting to gathering level 5 will let you get quests or guides etc to increase stuff, but I'm gathering apprentice 6 and the quest from the little black spirit says get to level 5. What is level 5 exactly? I'm sure the apprentice part is the issue just not sure.

    Add a resist shred add on to skills please

    Dear PA

    For the love of god please, add a non stackable, flat 20% for t2, 30% for t3 - all resist % addon to skills please, this shit is getting ridiculous, we now have succession valks running around with grab resist crystals instead of jin vipers rocking 100% grab resist, 100% KD, 90% 90% stun stiff and float like at that point it might as well be better than evasion because I can no longer grab or combo for shit.

    Either nerf the maximum applicable value of resist in pvp which is currently 60% or cap it at 60% before resist shred crystals. I'm not trying to play Russian roulette with black spirit while having an angry fuckin 35 year old neckbeard in a onesy chase my ass because he rng resisted all of my secondary ccs. Like the one thing that counters q blocking valks is a grab, and if I have to literally shoot myself in between the asscheeks and clench my anal sphincter in hopes of catching the fucking bullet that is succession valk resisting my ccs at a rate of 60% then I might as well let it slide right in. Fuck me.

    Seriously, please look into resists, this is no longer a meme but a serious problem in pvp.
