    Great Ocean Rubberbanding Fix!

    Hi today someone from the sailing discord shared a fix and maybe this will help most of you who are having the great Rubberbanding issue.

    This fix is simple, Close bdo and go to your system clock and put the time zone of your pc to the one where server is located in. For example for sea server, it runs on GMT +8, and i had my timezone GMT + 5.30, once i switched to GMT +8 and restarted the game, it stopped rubber banding. Hope this helps for most of you.

    How much accuracy in total is needed for purely PvE?

    I heard 300 is enough for everything that isnt PvP, is that true? Is it more? Was wondering because I do purely PvE and have no plans at all to PvP so it would be amazing to have to stop worrying about acc after a certain point.

    I was planning to just use the armor smith house in altinova and use my leftover copper/zinc ores and make brass ingots to craft grunil sets. But for some reason I am unable to make the melted shards into ingots. I asked in-game and someone said something about doing certificate quests. But the problem is I go to ficy to start the quest but it doesn't appear. I don't know if I was misinformed or if it's a level requisite for processing.
