    Game not launching after clicking play in launcher

    I started the free trial tonight and installed the launcher and the game. I tried running the game but after clicking play, it opened a box at the bottom right of my screen with a black loading bar (note this only shows up the first time trying to run the game every time I restart my computer). Once the bar was full the box disappeared and nothing opened. I task manager and nothing was there. There seemed to be background processes opening for a split second after clicking the play button but other than that nothing showed up.

    so from what i can tell, the general consensus is that the story isnt worth it. my question is what the main draw of the game is. i enjoy it, im just not entirely sure what it is im supposed to do, just go kill random monsters?

    I think i want to make my seasonal character as a ranger and make the awak my main, however watching people in YouTube it looks super hard as their constantly switching and seems very apm. I don't necessarily mind this but when grinding is it also high apm and can awak be played sub optimally and do fine? I'm reading alot of stuff like she needs a buff and such so i didn't wanna choose a class that's like high skill low reward or something. If its like high skill high reward or even high skill mid reward but i enjoy it I'm okay.

    Game crashes when I select a particular character

    Hey lads, need your help.

    When I log into my seasonal character, it instantly closes the game. No error, no blackscreen, it just closes instantly. This only happens with that one character, all of the others work fine.

    Is there a way to move the character to a city/safe zone without logging into it? I think the problem might have to do with the fact that it's somewhere in the desert, maybe stuck or something

    Any other ideas how to fix it? Aside from contacting a GM, which I'm figuring out how to do as I write this

    Saw "Remastered" Release, old player with Questions

    Hey gang. My friend group and I are old BDO Players from US Release. We never went as hard into a game was we did for BDO. We were all night fishers, first miners, that sort of thing. We wound up stopping playing for a few reasons, but since the game has been out for several years now wanted to get a fresh perspective. Specifically had a few questions.

    1) Crafting Dynamics - When the game first came out, the "build your town" crafting game was intense. Super fun. It got marginalized when the first expansion hit, and sort of became worthless afterwards. All the good stuff was drops. Is this expanded at all, or is it still marginalized?

    2) PVP - The original Karma system afforded a strong dynamic for pvp. If you were farming in another guild's territory, you got PK'd and lost Experience. This meant pvp was always for keeps, and you were not careless with your life. It was changed so that getting PK'd had no consequence, so we were just throwing our bodies in farmer's way to try and get them to lose Karma with no drawback to us. Has this dynamic changed/been rebalanced? How does it work if so?

    3) Server Code - Probably the biggest issue. Things like Giant's Grabs and warping players were all super frusterating, especially in node wars. Has there been much improvement here?

    4) Characters - How are the characters these days? I used to main a Sorc for 1x1 pvp so when that wound up being not a thing (see #2 above) I started to lose interest, as all the node wars people wanted more group focused classes like Wizards and such. How are the new characters?

    5) P2W - How has the P2W Dynamic evolved/changed? I don't remember this being much of an issue when the game came out, but there's always room for "improvement". Is this a thing these days? If so, how much do you need to spend to be competitive? (I remember pet combing was starting to be a thing and that was looking to be an expensive proposition).

    6) Finally - If you played at both release and now, would you recommend a person get back into the game? Why or why not?

    My game crash after select the server

    I have tried everything that the people on the internet said, i deleted the cache, runed as administrator, checked the integrity of the archives and reinstalled but nothing work, some people had this problem but no one seems to know how to repair this. I have 2 hour of this game in the steam and i never passed the server selection screen i just wanna die.

    Friend and I just hit 56, what next?

    We just hit 56, Lahn/Sorc and Witch. We are both around 115 ap. What should we go after next? Is there any place we can grind to get good gear? Or should we just go for money? Or should we just explore in a direction and kill things that way?
