    Bought 200€ worth of pearls before kakao discontinued, vanished after transfer. 30+ Days no help from support.

    Hello,

    Since I've seen a few posts like this and seem to get help this is my last resort.

    I have bought 200 euros worth of pearls before kakao discontinued selling and exchanged them to pearls for future sales etc.Day of transfer i log in my character is Velia instead of sycraia and my pearls have been reset pre-purchased amount.

    Emailed support the same day of transfer after hours of "Now processing"

    Waited patiently for about 3 weeks for reply and got a reply that has no fundamental value as they didn't understand that its already transferred to pearls and kakao has nothing to do with it since you own the database now and ownership of the player base.

    Or rather, worse than nothing: it plays animations (based on class), burns a bunch of stamina, and DOESN'T give you any i-frames.

    Yo, I'm relatively new to the game. Started back in mid/late December 2020. Only played Berserker, made Sage first day they came out but didn't log in until today.

    Dude! Sage's feel fucking amazing to play. Got big explosive spells with your magic squares instead of circles. Looks amazing, feels amazing to use. So if the moves weren't enough Sage literally looks like a Greek God. At least mine ended up looking like a Greek God unintentionally. I just picked what I thought looked good. Having a good looking character, that feels good to play has me excited to play more. That's a first time in a long time I felt that way.

    Pearl Abyss smashed it out of the park with Sage. Good job, and keep it up Pearl Abyss.

    Hey Pearl Abyss,

    Can we take a moment and include Graphics Optimization on you roadmap? I mean there's a lot of areas in the game needed to be optimized. Every once in awhile, you can read problems about fps drops/stuttering/random lags.

    Not all players have very high-end PC and I'm pretty sure a large part of the community doesn't play remastered coz it's obviously not optimized. Some games I play have better graphics and can reach high fps without problems, it won't even stutter for a moment. It's disappointing that the only option is to get better hardware which is very expensive these days. But even with high-end rigs, you see posts with similar problems. Why would a casual gamer read 5-10+ paragraphs of graphics & performance optimization settings? Isn't that the responsibility of the developer? Out of 100+games I own in steam, BDO is in the top5 of resource(gpu & cpu) hungry game.

    Yes we appreciate all the updates and work you put in the game. BDO is definitely getting bigger and will stay for a very long time. It's the best MMORPG i played IMHO. But please give more/better effort in optimizing the game.

    That's all. Let's get back to grinding bois. *sets to optimized mode

    I'm new to the game and I can't seem to find an answer to why you would level to 62? Whats the benefits or what do you get, I understand on the season character that for 60 and 61 you get pen accessories but is there any reason to go to 62 or beyond?

    How noticeable is tet blackstar mainhand vs pen kzarka with a few caphras levels in pve?

    I am currently making the choice between the two and I know tet blackstar is better for pve and pen kzarka is better for pvp and reaching brackets as going for pen blackstar isn't something I can realistically attempt anytime soon. But as someone who is focusing on pve how much of a difference does the bs monster ap make? Would it be noticeable enough for me to regret going pen kzarka over tet blackstar?

    When engaging in pvp with negative karma does the same penalties apply to a tag characters gear?

    It almost seems like an easier and less expensive way to recover from possibly losing gear if it is on a tagged characters gear. Just curious how it works exactly
