| Posted: 27 May 2021 01:43 PM PDT I was pretty surprised at this but according to customer service, I thought I had encountered a bug when I wouldn't get items after being first in line. It turned out that if an item is ordered at max price, it's not first come first serve but completely random. You can be first in line for a new pearl item after maintenance but anyone can buy the item before you do. This is an intended gameplay feature to allow everyone a chance to get what they need. Just letting you guys know so if you're worried you'll never get a certain pearl item because you're #456489 in line, you can still get it in an hour if you're lucky :) [link] [comments] | ||

| Another Pearl Abyss Launcher slow download speed post Posted: 27 May 2021 04:12 PM PDT Hey folks, just wanted to tune in again after not playing for 2 years. Transferred my account (whew, good timing!) and installed the Pearl Abyss launcher because I bought it on Kakao itself and not on steam. Long story short, I have 3 MB/s download speed which is a joke for my 1GBit connection. 38GB left..... Other downloads run just fine and I tried a lot of stuff I found on the internet, like restarting PC, resetting internet connection and flushing DNS. Please don't recommend buying it on steam just for the faster download speed, I know it's on sale for 5€ right now, but since I pre-ordered the game for 100€ back then, I absolutely refuse paying more, not even knowing if I stick around for a longer period of time or if I'm just coming in to sniff the new content. I'm here to ask that you please don't stand blocking the hall from the respawn point, or the rooms we need to run into after that slow death is inflicted on us.
