    Need help; why can't I use Tuvala gear?

    So I ust started playign BDO this week; created a seasonal character that is now lvl 53, got my tuvala gear on it, while also leveling another character that is lower lvl than that. With this lower lvl alt, I picked the tuvala ores I stored in a warehouse with my main, swaped them for a platebody in a blacksmith but I couldn't wear the armour. Only thing that showed up is that I didn't meet the requirements to equip that. Why not? Is it because I used ores from another character?

    Black Desert going to 0% GPU usage

    Having a problem with BDO going to 0% GPU usage which cause lag spikes.
    Game freezes for 2-3 secodns then everythings normal.
    I've seen many posts like this but not something with a fix.

    Spec info:
    i7 9700k OC
    Asus Dual OC 2080
    16gb ram
    OS version 1909

    When i verify the game via Steam theres always 3 corrupted files which it fixes.
    If i verify agains without starting the game it's fixed, non-corrupted files.
    If i play the game, stutter occurs and corrupted files appear.
    Either way, i can always start the game with no problem.

    Fix someone?

    I want to ask whats the ping like if you play on EU server from NA. For example, how is the ping from playing in Houston/Texas inEu server?

    I am asking because I might be visiting soonish and I want to know if I can still NW/pvp efficiently.

    Locked out of my account due to "security reasons"

    So I got this game I want to say the first day it came out. Like, there was no ninjas or anything let alone 19 classes. Regardless, I recently went to log on today since my brother wanted to give it another shot. So I went to log in and, long and behold, I could not. I was told to reach out to customer service.

    "OK so why are you telling me this?" Good question, half of it is venting really since I have been waiting for hours. But my question is outside of submitting tickets, is there any other way to reach out to CS? Thanks for reading and the help :)

    Season dailies?

    Hey guys I was going through the main storyline and accidentally accepted a weekly blood wolf quest for 600 time-filled black stones, 90 ore and 40 refined. My question is how many weekly quests are there like this and how do I find them? Thanks

    Any tips for my first playthrough?

    Just started playing this game as a Dark Knight and i'm already level 22. Just wanted to ask: What do I have to know? And what are my priorities now? About the class, i'm loving it..the are some Awesome combos that you can do. Just wanted to her have a little more atk speed. But her skills are amazing.
