New Interactive BDO Map - Need Feedback! Posted: 18 Oct 2020 11:19 AM PDT Hey guys! After a long time, we have published our own version of BDO's map: https://bdo.altarofgaming.com/map/ It's still early in development, so we would love to get some feedback on features and functionalities that you are missing from other map tools! What we have: Full-res world map stitched from the minimap images from the game. All parent nodes & their connections (currently adding missing CP values). House & NPC markers (only Velia for now, if you zoom in and check Velia's markers, we aim to provide 4K images for all houses and NPCs, so we can later create a "real estate listings" type of page for all BDO houses, and finally make it easy to browse through all of them with filters and in-depth visuals!) What we're working on: Adding our complete advanced filter functionality to the whole map (this is a huge one!) Adding all Child Nodes (resource nodes). Adding all House & NPC markers. Adding 4K images for all Nodes, Houses & NPCs. Adding grinding areas & rotations (you will be able to submit your own public or private rotations too). Adding border layers for Node War zones & region zones. Creating sub-tools for Worker Management & Node Management scenarios & comparisons. Making it load much faster! We are leaving monsters & gathering objects for last, since Famme is already doing a great job at this! (btw any of you guys face problems with Famme lately? I need to refresh several times before the markers load for me) What else do you want to see from the ultimate BDO map? What's the priority that would help you enhance your gameplay? Looking for lifeskilling advice and tools Posted: 18 Oct 2020 09:05 PM PDT Hey guys , I'm currently in the process of learning gathering and cooking and I need some advices / must use tools for lifeskilling I was mainly grinding for my income , currently grinding star's end so my income is around 100-175 mil per hour with LS.But I'm a bit burned so I'm looking to get into lifeskilling. My setup: Current cp= 305 // energy 300 Processing= artisan 1 Gathering = master 3 Cooking= artisan 1 Today I bought the basic gear ( full tri loggia and I rented the 50 cp tool) , also my cooking is now 1s with ptw outfit and TRI silver cloth ,I also made a couple a lvl 15 loggia processing stone. Right now the main goal is to powerlevel my lifeskilling lvl for the mastery. But I was wondering if I should keep grinding for money to get full TRI manos before taking this lifeskilling route, so I don't lose too much on the silver/hour ratio. Mining or Lumbering?
