How do you play BDO? Is there really no way to hide enhancement spam in chat? Posted: 26 Dec 2020 11:55 AM PST I just want a simple chat log of all my drops without anything else. However I keep getting chat messages about other peoples' enhancement, which especially now with the season tuvala gear is quite unbearable: https://i.imgur.com/X3s0NML.png The enhancement messages seem to belong to the System > General category in the chat tab settings, and unchecking it (https://i.imgur.com/Gij9GlH.png) works momentarily. However that setting seems to have a kind of timeout after which it starts getting ignored (i.e. if I don't get any drop and my workers don't produce anything for a few minutes, the spam starts coming again). So is there really no solution to this? Once you reach Calpheon the story takes a really dramatic turn, and as far as I've seen it's the same for every class: they all have their own turn of events in the main story. I might just delete all my sub-60 characters and re-do the whole main questline paying attention to the lore. If you have enough patience and time, I advise you to do the same.
