    If you watched the reveal of Crimson Desert you are probably just as confused as I am. The director did a very poor job of explaining exactly what type of game it is. The first half of the presentation he specifically talked about the characters and the world. He also said "main character" in the first half which confuses me as I will discuss later on. He reveals there are a variety of "mercenary" type characters hence the plot of the story will be revolved around mercenary groups. He showed a variety of enemies you will face in the world ranging from giant snakes to dragons to orc-like creatures, etc... So from what I have said, main character, in-depth side characters and story, massive creatures with good animations you would think a single-player game right. And that's what everyone was thinking. But then the second half of the presentation he said "here lies a world full of content you would expect from a next generation MMORPG." If this is an MMO, do we have character creation because he kept saying "main character" which typically means the players playable character. Also he mentioned action-driven combat system. Is he saying we will have an MMO that finally gets rid of tab targeting and button mashing? Like legit Dark Souls style combat but in an mmo? I feel like they could've touched a little more on what makes the game an MMO is all I'm saying. No mention of any PVE or PVP content. Just single player. Let me know what y'all think about the game. I realize this is just a reveal but it could've been better.

    I know all the base exp values from incendars BDO page but what i'd like to know is:Do you get more exp if you proc blue/yellow food?

    If so, how much more exp do you get from that?

    Artisan's blessing buff give memory fragments instead of artisan's memory daily?!

    So, i my value pack was running out within a couple days so i decided to go ahead and get the premium pack + artisan's blessing, strongly convinced by the daiy artisan's memory i'd get.

    However, after opening and using the actual artisan's blessing item you get in your pearl inventory the tooltip in the top left corner (where you also have the value pack icon, showing when it's going to expire), reports that you'll get memory fragments daily, instead of the promised artisan's memory.

    That's quite a difference to me, as i honestly wouldn't have bought this special value pack offer knowing this in advance.

    I already contacted support asking about this and i'm waiting for an answer from them, but i thought to tell everyone thinking of getting this before this gets clarified.

    Hopefully they'll look into it soon so i can update this.

    I just purchase the explorer package from steam on my phone. When I went to redeem it on the game it request for a key that was never given what do I do and who do I talk to about getting this fixed.

    Crimson Desert tl;dw

    Trailer showcases a more story driven version of BDO. It is/will be set in the same world as bdo, but years earlier. It will be more focused on story, and environment.

    My interpretation is that it will be similar to BDO, they even said they are using the same 'action combat system'. That being said, I feel like this won't be as massive as bdo from an overall 'ways to play' standpoint. From what I see, it will be more of an open world game where you run into players as scenery, not in a pvp way (if that makes sense).
